Conference and event delegate shuttles in Bangalore
A conference shuttle is a scheduling problem dressed as a transport problem. Delegates arrive across a whole day from an airport 35 km out of town, sessions start at a fixed time whether the shuttle is there or not, and the evening dinner is usually somewhere other than the venue. The number that matters is not the per-km rate but how many round trips each vehicle can realistically complete between two points in Bangalore traffic — and that number is almost always lower than the organiser's first estimate.

City-based bookings like this one are charged per calendar day plus driver allowance rather than per kilometre, because the vehicle is committed to you for the day whether it covers thirty kilometres or three hundred. Questions we get asked
How many vehicles do we need for 60 delegates?
It depends far more on the loop time than on the headcount. Sixty delegates all needing to be at a session start is three vehicles moving simultaneously; sixty delegates arriving across a morning may be one vehicle doing repeat runs. Send us the schedule and we will size it against real round-trip times.
Can one vehicle handle both airport arrivals and the venue shuttle?
We advise keeping them separate. An airport run held up by a delayed flight then breaks the venue loop, and the delegates waiting at the hotel have no idea why. A dedicated airport vehicle is the cheaper mistake.
Do you provide vehicles with event branding?
Magnetic or removable signage, yes — send the artwork and we will fit it. Nothing adhesive goes on the paint, and nothing obscures the driver's windscreen or mirrors.
How is a three-day conference charged?
Per calendar day plus driver bata, quoted as a block for the whole event rather than as three separate bookings. That also means the same drivers work all three days and learn your hotel, venue and dinner locations, which by day two is worth more than the rate.
One last thing
The most useful thing an organiser can send us is the session timetable, not the delegate count. Vehicle numbers fall out of the timetable almost automatically once you know when people have to be somewhere; guessing from headcount alone consistently under-provisions the morning and over-provisions the afternoon.
