Luggage, honestly
Sized for day trips and excursions rather than multi-day tours with a suitcase per head. Ask for the roof carrier if everyone is packing.
What it is good for, and what it is not
Quote-based rather than fixed-tariff, because school, corporate and wedding usage differ enough that a single rate would misprice most bookings.
Cost per person on 20 routes from Bangalore
Round-trip fare for this vehicle, divided by its seat count. Use it to compare against the other vehicles at your group size rather than as a quote — your actual per-head cost depends on how many of the seats you are filling.

Occasions this vehicle suits
Melukote & Shravanabelagola Day Tour
This is the rare yatra out of Bangalore that genuinely fits in a day, and the one we recommend to groups doing their first temple trip…
Muhurtham Day Guest Shuttle
The muhurtham shuttle is the job where standby hours matter more than kilometres. A vehicle might cover thirty kilometres across a whole day and be indispensable…
Multi-Vehicle Wedding Convoy
Above about thirty guests, one vehicle stops being the answer and convoy discipline becomes the thing that matters. A convoy that leaves together and arrives together…
Temple Wedding Travel
A temple wedding outside Bangalore inverts the usual travel problem. The muhurtham is fixed and unmovable, often between four and seven in the morning, and everything…
Team Offsite Transport
The offsite is the most common corporate booking out of Bangalore and the one where the vehicle choice changes the mood of the whole trip. Twenty…
Conference Delegate Shuttle

Compare with the rest of the fleet
Ertiga
The smallest vehicle on this site, and the entry point for group travel. Below six people a sedan is cheaper; at six the Ertiga is the only vehicle where nobody sits sideways.
Tempo Traveller 12
The best cost per person of anything on this site. If the group is eight or more and the budget matters more than recliner seats, this is the answer.
Tempo Traveller 17
The workhorse for temple groups and school excursions. Seventeen seats at the lowest per-head cost available anywhere in the fleet.
Urbania 10
Ten pushback seats and a boot that swallows a family's luggage. The version to pick when the group is small enough that everyone wants to recline.
Urbania 13
The most-booked Urbania. Thirteen recliners, standing headroom and a real boot — the default choice for corporate offsites and wedding-party transport.
Urbania 17
Maximum seats without moving to a bus. Seventeen recliners for large corporate groups and wedding convoys that must stay together in one vehicle.
Our honest view
The honest comparison for a group of twenty-five is not the mini bus against nothing, it is the mini bus against two seventeen-seaters. One vehicle means one parking spot, one driver to brief and a group that stays together, which at a temple or a wedding venue matters. Two vehicles cost a little more but reach estate resorts and narrow approaches a mini bus cannot, and give you slack for the people who join late. We will tell you which fits your itinerary rather than which is easier to quote.
