Terms, fares and what is included

What every fare includes

Fuel, the vehicle, air conditioning, Fastag, and the driver allowance (bata). We include bata in the quoted figure rather than adding it later, because it is not optional and quoting without it is misleading.

What is extra, at actuals

Tolls, parking, and interstate permits. These are government and third-party charges and we pass them through without markup. On a trip crossing into Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana or Maharashtra, the permit is mandatory.

Minimum running

Round trips out of Bengaluru carry a minimum of 300 km per day. One-way drops carry a minimum of 130 km per day — so a 60 km drop still bills at 130 km. This is standard across the industry and it is the single most common reason a quote differs from a distance calculation.

Driver allowance and the definition of a day

Bata is ₹300 per day, and ₹400 per day where the vehicle exceeds 400 km in a single day. A day means one calendar day, midnight to midnight — so a departure at 22:00 uses two days.

Waiting and night charges

Waiting is ₹100 per hour once the vehicle is on site. A night charge applies to departures between 23:00 and 06:00.

Capacity

We will not carry more passengers than a vehicle's permitted seating, on any booking. Overloading is an offence and it invalidates the insurance. Please give us the real headcount including children and escorts.
