Before you book
One request we would make of every school and college booking: give us the actual headcount, including teachers and any parent volunteers, and do not round it down. A vehicle carrying more passengers than its permitted capacity is an offence, it invalidates the insurance, and it is the one thing on a school trip that no amount of goodwill on the day can fix.
