Luggage, honestly
The rear boot takes about twelve medium trolleys. Overhead racks hold soft bags only — no hard suitcases, they shift on ghat roads.
What it is good for, and what it is not
Seats are fixed-back bench-style, three-abreast in places. Fine for a day trip or a temple run; a long multi-day tour is more comfortable in an Urbania.

Our honest view
The mistake groups make with a twelve-seater is filling all twelve seats and then discovering the luggage problem at the pickup. Twelve people with a cabin bag each is comfortable. Twelve people with a suitcase each needs the roof carrier booked in advance, or a thirteen-seater Urbania instead. Tell us which when you enquire and we will tell you honestly whether it fits.
