Corporate
Corporate group transport from Bangalore
Corporate transport is bought differently from family travel. The person booking is rarely the person travelling, the decision runs on a GST invoice and a purchase order rather than on a per-km rate, and the failure that matters is a delegate stranded rather than a fare dispute. What corporate bookers ask us for, consistently, is a proper invoice, a driver who arrives before the stated time, a vehicle that looks presentable in front of a client, and one number to call when a meeting overruns. These pages set out how each of those works for the offsite, shuttle and client-visit bookings we run most often out of Bangalore.

Team Offsite Transport
The offsite is the most common corporate booking out of Bangalore and the one where the vehicle choice changes the mood of the whole trip. Twenty…
Conference Delegate Shuttle
A conference shuttle is a scheduling problem dressed as a transport problem. Delegates arrive across a whole day from an airport 35 km out of town,…
Client Visit Transport

Which vehicle for this kind of trip
Tempo Traveller 12
The best cost per person of anything on this site. If the group is eight or more and the budget matters more than recliner seats, this is the answer.
Urbania 13
The most-booked Urbania. Thirteen recliners, standing headroom and a real boot — the default choice for corporate offsites and wedding-party transport.
Urbania 17
Maximum seats without moving to a bus. Seventeen recliners for large corporate groups and wedding convoys that must stay together in one vehicle.
Mini Bus
For groups above seventeen, where splitting into two Tempo Travellers costs more and separates the party.
Tempo Traveller 17
The workhorse for temple groups and school excursions. Seventeen seats at the lowest per-head cost available anywhere in the fleet.
Ertiga
The smallest vehicle on this site, and the entry point for group travel. Below six people a sedan is cheaper; at six the Ertiga is the only vehicle where nobody sits sideways.
Before you book
For companies booking more than two or three times a month, ask us about a monthly account. One consolidated GST invoice, agreed rates against your usual routes, and the same set of drivers who learn your offices and your Whitefield-to-airport timings. It removes the per-trip approval loop that most travel desks find more expensive than the transport.
